Error on search result and layered page, function getJsFormConfig() on null

I'm running a clean install of magento 2.4.8-p1 enterprise.
Hyva theme version: 1.3.15
Tweakwise Hyva compatibility module version: 4.4.0

When going to a category page of the search result page, I get the following error.
It looks like the tweakwise_navigation_config is missing in the hyva module.

I created a patch to fix this:

This code has been moved in release 4.4.1 and reworked in #82 . This should no longer be an issue when #82 is released.
