Package.json scripts don't correspond with the README.md build process

Hi!

The scripts on the **package.json** don't correspond with the ones specified in the **README.md** for building (or maybe I'm missing something).

Could you clarify? Or update them, if that's the issue.

I wanted to build the newest version since the one on the **Decky Store** is broken, and it seems like they update the testing store very slowly.
