Raster Layer Styling - min / max values

The Raster Layer Styling panels can be used to improve the color stretch based on selected extents.

The statistics can be derived for (i) the whole raster or current canvas, based on (ii) an estimation (how many samples?) or the entire raster.

Seems that the "Estimated (faster)" option is broken or somehow male-configures. In the following example, it's results should at least lopk similar that obtained with "Actual (slower)".

Furthermore "updateMinMax" is called too often. Switching from "Estimated (faster)" to "Actual (slower)" triggers 3 calls, while one call should be enough to avoid redundant data reading.
