Running enpt through an isolated conda shell

I'm new to Python. I followed the enmap box installation instructions through the minifroge environment. After running qgis in minifroge, the entp algorithm doesn't work. What could be wrong?

Well, looks like the enpt shell command is not available.

If you want to use EnPT via the graphical user interface within the EnMAP-Box, please follow the installation instructions in the EnPT documentation. I guess the EnMAP-Box installation instructions do not include the installation of the EnPT backend package.

enpt-enmapboxapp can be moved to the conda requirements as enpt_enmapboxapp but this will not be the issue.

@ivanpopov0082-create, how exactly did you create your enmap_box2.0 environment? Is the file above the one you used?

I'll try to describe the process of creating an environment in Miniforge in detail. First, I installed Miniforge 3.exe, then created the environments using the mamba command, not conda as instructed. I realized that conda and mamba are the same, but mamba is faster. I previously tried to create a virtual environment, so I rewrote the enpt_full function.

While loading Python libraries, I saw messages indicating that some of them were already in the system. After installation, I activated the new environment and launched QGIS.

After launching QGIS, the error persists when launching enpt.

Also, when shutting down QGIS with Enmap Box running, an error appears. Without running the plugin, QGIS will shut down without errors. This is also strange.

Could you try to run the command that the GUI outputs directly on a command line within your enpt_full environment:
