Bug Description

When selecting an area and using //setbiome or using the biome brush, the effected area is 16x16x16 rather than 4x4x4. As a result, any area selected that is smaller than half the chunk causes no change, while anything bigger that that changes that entire section of the chunk.
When using //undo, it undoes the 4x4x4 section, which leaves everything outside that still effected.

Expected Behavior

When using //setbiome or the biome brush, it should change the biome in 4x4x4 cubes. When using //undo, it should fully revert the effect

Reproduction Steps

  1. press F3+G to see chunk borders
  2. select a space larger than half the chunk section
  3. do //setbiome. The area effected should be 16x16x16
  4. do //undo. It should only undo the 4x4x4 portions

If you select a space smaller than half the chunk section, //setbiome will have no effect.
