Release version and tags missing?

There seem to be many versions of this library (https://www.npmjs.com/package/ngx-paypal?activeTab=versions). However, I am unable to find tags or branches or ChangeLog for each of those versions. I wanted to check the code changes but no luck!

There's a serious bug with subscriptions which is an easy fix and I want to send a PR. Thanks!
