G2P feature request: add associated disease name to VCF output

Dear VEP team, thank you for the amazing VEP tool and plugins.

I am using the G2P plugin with VEP and would like to request adding the associated disease name to the VCF output. The request is related to #209.

This request is in our backlog, we'll consider it for the next release.

We've added an option to the plugin to return the disease name (--report_disease).
The change should be available in the next weeks.
