Looking at the above list, it seems there might be some high level groupings that are worth adding. E.g.:

• exposure to animal dander
• exposure to extreme weather event

Adding the higher level classes would allow others add terms under them using PRs.

Deficiency pattern: exposure to a deficiency of niacin. Do not use equivalency classes, only use subclasses here. Will get incorrect inferences otherwise. You cannot use the reasoner to classify them automatically. Can only create them and then make a subclass of relation, just do NOT use the reasoner.
We will make a branch of deficiency
Deficiency of niacin, iron etc. NO logical axioms. there is a lack set of relations that could be used? The reasoner will not do logical negation with those, just will allow you to talk about a Lack without talking about negation @wdduncan ?

Just need to keep separate the deficiency of the nutrient or whatever which should be likely an HPO term, only representing the lack of exposure to the nutrient in our terms, NOT the deficiency in the human.
