How to use floating UI as plugin

Hi all,
I'm trying to use floatingUi instead of popperjs like mentioned here https://getdatepicker.com/6/plugins/floating-ui.html

To me the most affordable way is to rewrite the display.createPopup on an instance, something like

    const td = new tempusDominus.TempusDominus(element, defaultOptions);

    // override the default createPopup method to use floating-ui instead of the default one (popperjs)
    td.display.createPopup = FloatingUIDOM.computePosition(element, widget, options).then(({ x, y }) => {
      Object.assign(widget.style, {
        left: `${x}px`,
        top: `${y}px`,
        position: 'absolute',
      });
    });

What should I have to use as widget parameter?
