show all minutes like 00 to 59 in minutes picker

When I do step 1, the minute picker shows intervals of 5 minutes, but I want it to show intervals of 1 minute, like 00, 01, 02, and so on.

Yeah, that's because of these lines here that tell the picker that if stepping is 1 (the default one) then it should show the list with jumps of 5
