Compiled code is absent on getdatepicker.com

You have a very nice website on getdatepicker.com. On the download page we should be able to download a compiled version of the code:

Regrettably this leads to a 404 page. There doesn't seem to be a compiled version, which would be very handy.

Could you create the compiled version? Please don't remove this download option, it is the one I prefer to test your package above CDN's (incomplete?), or actual installations.

You can grab the compiled code from the cdn links, although it looks like the version script hasn't updated the index page. You can find the current cdn links here: https://www.jsdelivr.com/package/npm/@eonasdan/tempus-dominus or from the npm package.

I no longer include the dist folder in the repo because all of the diff issues.
