epic-wallet owner_api command returns no feedback

This is working API, but you never can be sure as there is no confirmation like in normal epic-wallet listen

@blacktyger can you check epic-wallet.toml file -> stdout_log_level = "Warning"
The output that owner_api started is only printed if stdout log level is set to "Warning".
This should be the default Level after user inits a new wallet.
