Summary
This policy is for the use of all trademarks within OpenRigLogic repository libraries and files (“Marks”). While the associated open source code is available under an MIT open source software license, the license covers code only: it does not include any additional license to use any Marks, including name, logos, or branding for your own use. Please refer to the policy section below.
Policy
- You may use OpenRigLogic and Epic Games Inc. to accurately describe the source or origin of the underlying software.
- You may not use, claim, present, or register, in whole or in part, any Marks as part of your own trademark, service mark, domain name, company name, trade name, product name or service name.
- You may not use any obvious variation of any Marks or any phonetic equivalent, foreign language equivalent, or abbreviation for a similar or compatible product or service.
- You may not use Marks for a modified fork in a way that suggests it is the official project. Instead, if you fork or modify Marks you must choose your own name and branding for any redistributed or hosted version while attributing the source of the fork to OpenRigLogic . No other brand identifier or Mark should be used for this purpose. For example:
- [Your Software] is a fork of OpenRigLogic
- [Your Software] is based on OpenRigLogic
Epic Games, Unreal Engine, Fab, MetaHuman, RigLogic and OpenRigLogic and associated design logos are trademarks or registered trademarks of Epic Games, Inc.
All other trademarks included in associated directory, library, and readme files are the property of their respective owners.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Nothing in this policy or the MIT License grants any right or license to use the Marks except as set out above. For any use not permitted by this policy, including use of logos or design marks, prior written permission is required.
