support personal dictionary

I think it should be possible to add (spelled) words to a personal dictionary, so that the transcription knows exactly how to spell / capitalize those words.

I was just looking for this. I imagine it looks like a dictionary of words that Whispering can run a search and replace on once the translation is complete.
