Cannot run orion list out of the box

Describe the bug
Cannot use orion list out of the box. I.e. this fails:

pip install orion
orion list

Error:

Expected behavior
After installation, should be able to run visaulizations

• Oríon version: orion-0.2.7
• Database: PickleDB
