Kick/ban disappearing

What happened?

Whenever I run the command in the game that I own;kick or ;ban In either one of those colons it disappears Instead I have to type them in all uppercase letters and I don't know what is causing it to do that

I have got my loader from the Roblox studios and it is official

Thank you for your help but sadly this did not work I have tried both prefixes I did find out what is actually interfering it and I am going to make an announcement before I close this as resolved

Be careful using school models I found out that the school models in games are actually interrupting admins from the kick and band system which is the most important thing which means they must have a back door or a hack inside of them that lets hackers get in or get access to the game that and they disabled the kick or ban command giving you a heads up I don't use free models that much in my game The only time I usually use free models is when I need to make cars because I do not know how to make cars and another thing is also I use free models when I just feel like Dang I can't build that so yeah just be really careful out there with remodels Thank you
