Error with opening ActiPASS

Hi,

I have been experiencing an error with opening ActiPASS (Version 2024.06.1/Windows 10 Version 22H2). It used to work fine, but now it briefly opens and I see the ActiPASS start screen, then it closes and gives the following error:

I have already tried re-installing both ActiPASS and MatLab Runtime, but neither has solved the problem.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Milou,
I think you are not opening the ActiPASS Executable directly. We should directly double click on "ActiPASS_UI_Beta_2024_06.exe" or open it using a shortcut. If you are unsure redownload ActiPASS, extract and execute the file "ActiPASS_UI_Beta_2024_06.exe".

The error message indicates that either you have associated ActiPASS with certain file type (for an example Axivity CWA files) and double click such a file, or you drag-drop file on to ActiPASS executable.
