"Index exceeds array bounds" error when using "Show QC info" #112

Hi, I'm encountering “Index exceeds array bounds” errors when using the "Show QC info" button in the ActiPASS. The error messages appear as soon as I press the button: Additionally, when I try to double-click any row in the table to open the corresponding QC visualization, the issue still persists: Attachments: Could someone help me understand what's likely causing this array indexing error? I’d really appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve it. Thanks in advance! |

Set Visualizations to QC in main user interface. It seems their is a problem doing full visualizations and most probably no PNG files are saved. Can you double check whether any visualizations are saved to corresponding batches inside BatchOut directory? |

I see that the first file of the batch has loading errors. This causes the visualizations in subsequent files to fail. Remove the first file "$$$PL10885C-AP1234633 23Aug18 03-00pm for 7d 21h 0m.datx" from the batch or convert it into CSV first. |
