I am interested to apply Brain JEPA for my project, but I want to extract the embeddings from the pretrained models to save memory during transfer learning. Are there any functionalities that can help me with that?
And are there any preprocessing scripts that can be used to generate the inputs supported by Brain JEPA? I have a preprocessed BIDS dataset and have parcellated it with Schaefer-400 but I am wondering if there are any extra steps that I should do like padding or other things.
