--trim-path-prefix belongs to CodeChecker store currently, but many other commands (like diff, etc.) should work with trimmed paths. For example, when I want to compare a remotely stored run having trimmed paths with a local report folder.
In fact, CodeChecker analyze should use --trim-path-prefix so every subsequent command can benefit from it.
