Offline issue

Is map working in offline mode ?
I am getting below error when i try to load the map in offline state.

Hi there, are you trying to run one of our samples? If so, which one? Have you set an API key?

Hello,

Yes, we have set an API key, and we are using an Enterprise subscription key. We are working with the arcgis_maps Flutter library (version 200.6.0+4426). While we are not using a specific sample from your GitHub repository, we have implemented various components from your sample code, such as plotting lines and points on the map and changing the map's focus.

Everything works fine across multiple platforms (Android and iOS) when the user is online. However, we are encountering inconsistent behaviour in offline mode:

1. If we clear the app from the background and reopen it in offline mode, the map sometimes fails to load.
2. When the app is launched for the first time in offline mode, the map does not load at all.

Could you please help us address this issue? Is there a specific configuration or approach we should follow for offline mode?

Just to confirm, by offline mode do you mean you are disconnecting the device and then launching/re-launching the app?

Have you got a local mobile map package on the device or are you downloading it in your app?

If you are following the "generate offline map" sample for example, that sample first downloads the map and then displays it from file to show those workflows. So I would expect that sample to not be able to load the map initially if the device is fully disconnected - as it first needs to download it. If you are wanting to work in true offline mode then you still need to first get the mobile map package onto your device - either by initially being connected and downloading (partially offline app), or by side loading onto the device (fully offline).

This repo is really for issues with our samples specifically. If it is with the SDK more generally ideally you will report your problem and a reproducer on our Community Forum. This helps us to better track any issues that arise, or requests for new functionality, and also enables other users in the community to contribute and benefit.
