UI changes for Offline Map component on visionOS

We could make the offline map component look a little better on the visionOS platform.

• Ideally the hover effect would take up the entire row here
  
• In the offline example, the menu button could be an ornament instead of on the top bar
• The hover effect for the handle on the map selector is quite strange. A good example we could follow is the handle that Apple adds by default on the corner of each window that lets you resize the window.
