Add a read-only boolean property, e.g. covered, to expose when dialog is covering due to window size.

Example Use Case
There is a substantial size difference when covering and when not, especially for a purposefully small dialog. A property would allow for CSS selectors to style content based whether covering or not; and allow for logic affecting content based on the cover state.
