Actual Behavior
--calcite-stepper-bar-inactive-fill-color and --calcite-stepper-bar-active-fill-color do not change the bar fill color on the stepper.

Expected Behavior
I expect --calcite-stepper-bar-inactive-fill-color and --calcite-stepper-bar-active-fill-color to change the bar fill color on the stepper.
Since there is a workaround to use --calcite-stepper-bar-fill-color and --calcite-stepper-bar-selected-fill-color, the tokens can be deprecated instead of fixed.
