Date picker selected text color should use inverse text color #14055

Actual Behavior
The selected date in the date pickers uses the brand color for the background and surface 1 for the text color instead of inverse text color.
Expected Behavior
It would be my expectation that the text color would be --calcite-color-text-inverse to align with other components that use text on brand color like button and chip.
