Currently the axis titles default to the category/value (x/y) field labels or names, but only for single series charts. For multi-series charts, we show a legend instead and do not show axis labels.
We don't need to change that default behavior, but the definition JSON should provide a way for developers to supply a specific axis titles w/o having to use overrides.
