Conversion of an untextured IntegratedMesh layer from version 1.6 to 1.8

Hi,
I have found that, when converting an untextured IntegratedMesh layer from version 1.6 to 1.8 with i3s_converter.exe, it creates node pages with an out-of-range (4294967295) mesh.material.resource id. As a result, the output SLPK does not display in ArcGIS Earth and ArcGIS Pro. The input SLPK displays correctly and no error is reported by the validator. The fix looks good and we are planning include the change in our next release cycle. The 1.9 i3s specification is planned to be release beginning of March 2023.
