Visibility Addin does not accept a Web Scene or Scene Layer as Input Surface

Currently the addin does not support Web Scenes or Scene layers as an input surface. For example if I add the Pictometry 3D Scene from the Living Atlas>3D Cities, the input surface dropdown remains blank:

The Interactive Analysis tools (under 3d Exploratory Analysis) work against these layers:

I think the addin should also work with Web Scenes or Scene layers
