When the game is running on a second screen in fullscreen or boarder-less window the skeleton lines and widgets are not drawn on the target to pose, they are drawn to where they would be if the game were running on the primary screen and more importantly are not select able, I have confirmed that this doesn't relate to the window chosen in the options menu it is specifically to the one selected as primary in windows. Note that the primary screen in the screenshot is to the left of this monitor, despite this being monitor 1 and the selected screen for the game to run on in [system configuration>display settings>Main display]
