Outdated dependency #590
Description
In the Cargo.toml of russh, there is the following line :
base64ct = "~1.6" # can be removed in 2024 edition
With the comment, we can assume the tilde can be removed and the dependency updated, which right now can conflict with other crates that are up to date with base64ct (1.8.0 right now)
