ssh server unable to provide certificate

I am implementing a ssh server that needs to provide a signed ssh certificate instead of the public key that is derived from the private key.
In russh::server::Config the is no way to specify which public key should be provided by the server to connecting clients.
Is there any other way to achive specify which public key the server should provide or is this not possible as of now?
