Make eslint-config-evernote bare minimum same to support prettier

So talking internally in Evernote's frontend group we are trying to move towards prettier and so to make this eslint config usable across different repositories, we may make some changes to help support it.

This may include changing some rules so just be aware. 

We will try to post the prettierrc we end up using if that helps.
