🚧 The Issue, Concern, or Problem
Validator Code of Conduct: some community members have raised concerns about potentially unfair validator practices that hinder the growth of smaller network validators. This issue, while very important, needs to be handled with extreme care and thoughtfulness. A fine balance between validator sovereignty and a code of conduct -- "what's allowed and what's crossing the line" -- must be established for the fair growth of the Evmos ecosystem.
