The Evmos Community Proposal Lifecycle
Community Proposal Lifecycles and Guidelines: for the network to make informed decisions when voting on proposals, there must be clear guidelines on the lifecycle of a proposal. Ideally, all proposals that go on-chain for voting should have most, if not all, community concerns addressed. If a flurry of concerns and questions arises after a proposal has been submitted for official voting, the proposal lifecycle has failed to do its job except in extreme circumstances.
