🚧 The Issue, Concern, or Problem
Proposal Templates and Due Diligence: while all proposals will slightly differ in content, there should be a general standardized proposal template that all Community Proposals should follow. This allows voters to perform their due diligence with the information provided in the proposal. Proposals should be in-depth, and sufficiently explain the "why" and the "how" and the "who." The reasoning for the proposal should be clear, and the community should feel at ease. Without mechanisms for transparency and detailed steps into execution, the community at large may -- understandably -- feel uncomfortable with voting for the proposal.
