configparser_ex 5.0 released

Might be worth checking whether it is compatible and allow {:configparser_ex, ">= 4.0.0 and < 6.0.0"} (it's a major version release, but the changelog suggests that it's backwards compatible).

I can't find where this lib was even used. Maybe it can be removed from deps? @wchenNL
