Improve Support WebHelp

I want to add modern help for my custom function like webhelp. I don't see the support.
Ancual only chm work? Any suggestion can i use to have same like excel not chm?

You can put web links as the HelpTopic - is this what you mean?

Ye if could be possibile to use link like this. I mean i have a help in help and manual. Now use chm. But I want to switch in webhelp and use to link to open direct page.
