Select cluster from query string

Feature request:

Ability to select cluster from query string like c3vis.domain.com/?cluster=A.
And then a refresh rate that to begin with could be fixed to every 10-15 minutes or so.

This way c3vis would be much more usable for dashboards. Use case here having multiple c3vis tabs running in a browser that rotates between tabs.

Thanks for the feedback - great to know how you're using it.

One outstanding idea was to have a tabbed view with one tab for each cluster - but the query param feature is easier to implement and probably makes life easier when setting up rotating dashboards - let the browser do the tabbing.

We originally used a query param for the cluster - it was removed when we added the cluster dropdown and cookies. If we re-introduced the query param, we may need to disable the dropdown due to the way the page refreshes on selection.

Also, could you please create a separate issue for the refresh rate feature? It could be a handy standalone feature.
