Feature Description

1. These two lines of text are currently split into two lines of text, one ("This chat is with...") above the other ("Use the + button..."). We should just put them all on the top line so it doesn't take up more vertical space than necessary:

DM

Group

2. The + symbol should be replaced with a mini green FAB

Manual Test Steps

1. Start new DM / Group chat with someone
2. Notice the intro text line(s)
