Docker image on DockerHub

Hey! I'm a dev over at Beekeeper Studio, and recently one of our users started working on an integration for BedrockDB. We'd love to be able to support your platform, and an important part of that for us is being able to run integration tests for the database.

I see you have a dockerfile set up, but it doesn't seem you have an official image on DockerHub? Is that something you are working towards? Our other option is setting up some sort of hosting of it for ourselves so we can run the tests in CI and set up development environments locally. Either way, there seem to be some bugs in the dockerfile, I'll see if I can get a build working properly and submit a PR (seems to be just a missing package or two and a test is failing)

Thanks for your interest in Bedrock! We're not currently using docker, so it's not a priority for us to start publishing images I'm sorry. We'd welcome any fixes to the Dockerfile from people more familiar with it of course :)

@fukawi2 Would you be opposed to us publishing a docker image ourselves on dockerhub? We'd most likely do it from a beekeeper fork that we could merge back into the main repo as long as you're happy with it
