Wrong DOI under related in linkset.json

Currently, the DOI under related in linkset.json is pointing to the previous release, as the update of the DOI in linkset.json is happening after the tagging of the relaese version in GitHub action.

See e.g. ToT v1.3.0:

• DOI in linkset.json v1.3.0: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.11186654 → pointing to Zenodo v1.2.0
• DOI on html page v1.3.0: https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.12604767 → pointing to Zenodo v1.3.0
