Description
- Removed the unused “RDM Partners” page from the Responsibilities/Resources section, which was grayed out.
- Created one new attribute "format_justification" for justification of data format
- corrected minor capitalization corrections
- Further review needed for remaining repeated-attribute warnings (13 cases) in the catalog.
