Search does not work after logged out

Describe the bug

It seems that search finds nothing if I log out. It does work in incognito mode -- so it is something about the state left behind from previously being logged in.

Steps to reproduce the behavior: (I didn't try to reproduce fresh)

1. Go to 'https://fairsharing.org/...'
2. login
3. logout
4. search

In your step 4, are you typing text into the search box and clicking "search" whilst you are on the page reached immediately after logging out (shows username and password boxes)? If so, do you get search results if you reload the page?

seems to happen if I search right after logout and force-refresh seems to resolve it. here is some recording:
