When censoring it is useful to know how many frames got censored vs kept. This does not appear to be reported.

Report number frames censored/retained in output.

Include censoring results in motion params text file.

to clarify, the motion params default to J_FD, not to what the pipeline config indicates.

Thanks for the feature request. Wouldn't be difficult to add.

@FCP-INDI/developers can we see what's the most BIDS-y format for a file like that? Does it go into a motion summary, etc.?
