C-PAC has the ability to fork nuisance regressor strategies, which is something most users end up doing. Unfortunately this is not yet possible with fMRIPrep ingress.
Proposed feature
Add the ability to handle forked nuisance regressor strategies with ingress!
Acceptance criteria
- Add forking ability to pipeline config under
ingress_regressors - Ensure that the outputs are named correctly
