🐛 "Create new pipeline" button broken

Describe the bug

Nothing happens in the GUI when clicking the button, and the console shows Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'get')

To reproduce

1. Go to https://fcp-indi.github.io/C-PAC_GUI/versions/latest/browser/#/
2. Click

Expected behavior

A new pipeline card is created on the GUI

Acceptance criteria

• The button works OR the button is removed
