🧪 Package `ResourcePool`s for testing

NodeBlocks are hard to test outside of a pipeline.

Proposed feature

I’d love if we built up some repository or container of pickled ResourcePools to use to test a single node block without having to run a whole pipeline up to that node block.

Wouldn’t necessarily have to be pickled ResourcePools, that just seems like the easiest way to have inputs ready-to-go
