dataset_description.json missing in datalad RawData directories

I am not sure if this is the right place to ask this, but is there anyway FCP-INDI team to add dataset_description.json on each dataset published on datalad superdataset?

http://datasets.datalad.org/?dir=/abide2
http://datasets.datalad.org/?dir=/corr
http://datasets.datalad.org/?dir=/hbnssi
etc..

I see there are quite a few BIDS like datasets published, but we can't import them without dataset_description.json as required by BIDS specification (https://bids-specification.readthedocs.io/en/stable/03-modality-agnostic-files.html#dataset_descriptionjson)
