Changing the counst at the top of data.argosdb.org tables

So, in this table for assemblyQC_ARGOS, what are the 428 record IDs?

Raja wants the count to reflect the same context of the count that is seen in NCBI on our bioproject page:
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/bioproject/231221

Meaning if this is assemblyQC_ARGOS the number should reflect the number in the datatable for the assembly counts.
