Christie reruns for BARDA extended orgs

Some of the BARDA orgs that Sean ran have empty JSONs which is so odd. So I am not sure why....
I have done some reruns already (found in the ARGOS extended reruns folder in my directory) and will coninue to run them there. They haven't been downloaded and formatted yet.

Whatever hadn't been redone according to the tables I have been redoing. Starting from the top. So today I put into HIVE3:

I am going to rerun a couple of organisms for BARDA that have failed. I want to make sure we are covering the bases:

• Reran some bronchiseptica and e. coli in the oct 14 folder. Basically they should've mad multiple SRRs and they didn't.
